The property was stunning and the photos didn't do it justice. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with views of the historic landmarks. The customer service was exceptional, with quick responses and helpful information.
Our arrival was not pleasant as the cottage was dirty and we had trouble reaching the owner for assistance. The staircase was steep and narrow, not suitable for everyone.

I was blown away by this fine hotel in the heart of Coventry. The 12th-century building oozes history, and the views of Holy Trinity Church and St Mary's Cathedral are amazing. The location is great, with bars and restaurants nearby. The customer service was really good, with quick responses and excellent communication. The facilities were excellent, the beds comfy, and the place was very clean. an amazing stay with great value for money.

Newly renovated property with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All new fixtures and fittings. Excellent hospitality and friendly staff. Central location in Cathedral Quarter. Cream teas, bread, butter, jam, teas & coffees provided.
